Item Condition

Returned items should be clean, complete, and safely packaged. Bikes, components, accessories, apparel, and other products must be returned in a condition that allows our team to inspect them properly.

Items showing signs of excessive use, missing parts, damage, alteration, or improper packaging may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Products that are damaged, used excessively, altered, or missing required parts or packaging.

Trek Bikes offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible returns started within the return window and approved through customer service.

If an item is returned without approval, sent to the wrong location, or does not meet the return requirements, the return may not be accepted.

Refund Process
